As a member of WiLS, you're entitled to a 5% discount off of the already discounted products in the Software Express Online Catalog. When placing your order online, simply put the letters "wils" in the Offer Code field. If using a purchase order or calling in your order, just be sure to identify your affiliation with WiLS in order to get your discount. If you are a public library you may still qualify for some of the academic prices on our website, but please check with me to be sure. This will allow us to process your orders without delay. If you are a corporate library academic prices do not apply, but Software Express also offers corporate pricing and the member discounts apply to these products as well. If you are placing your order online, your discount will not automatically appear on your screen. Once your order is received and processed, an updated accurate quote will be emailed back to you with any discounts taken out.

Schools & School Libraries:
If a product is marked as requiring an ID, it is academic pricing. Schools are considered "Academic" accounts by all major software publishers and are entitled to academic prices we have published on our website.

Public Libraries
If a product is marked as requiring an ID, it is academic pricing. Depending on the publishers' definitions public libraries may or may not be considered eligible for academic prices. If you are considering ordering an academic version, check with us before placing your order to be sure you are ordering the correct product. This will ensure you the quickest turn around.

Corporate Libraries
If a product is marked as requiring an ID, it is academic pricing. Corporate entities are not eligible to purchase academic editions. Your discount still applies to non-academic versions of the same product.

Shipping
For orders over $100 (Pre-Tax), UPS Ground Shipment is free. Second Day and Overnight shipping charges still apply. Shipping charges are removed at the time of processing for any items listed as Digital Download, Online Subscription and License Only. Any media or physical items on the same order as a Digital Download, Online Subscription or License Only will incur shipping cost based on the value of the media only.
