Standard eSafe Care Maintenance and Support subscription package
Standard eSafe Care Maintenance and Support package is available for 12, 24 or 36 months and must be purchased with every product (included in the license price) and can be renewed afterwards.
The initial eSafe Care is included with product purchase for 12, 24 or 36 months.
Renewal: The renewal of eSafe Care can be purchased for 12, 24 or 36 months.
Customer must renew the eSafe Care before or within 6 month after the expiration.
After 6 months the customer will have to purchase the full product license. Renewals after the expired date will always start from the expiration date. No gaps are allowed.
Standard eSafe Care includes the following:
1. Weekly CSRT (Content Security Response Team) virus/vandal signatures and security policies updates.
2. Emergency Instant Updates in case of a High-Risk virus/vandal outbreak (will be issued on an as-needed basis. even several times a day).
3. eMail Alerts notification in case of High-Risk virus/vandal outbreak.
4. Product version updates and upgrades (including major upgrades from version 4 to version 5). Download of updates and upgrades is done automatically by the product.
5. Second line technical support. Emergency Virus/Spyware support is provided via email.
