Livescribe provides a variety of printed notebooks and journals you can use with your Pulse smartpen.
Each Livescribe dot paper product is numbered 1 through 8. This numbering system makes it easy for students to manage their notebooks and to avoid using more than one identically-numbered notebook at the same time. Students will also be able to archive their old notebooks on Livescribe Desktop, which allows them to use their Pulse smartpen on a new identically-numbered notebook. 2-Pack Journal; A light-weight, hardbound journal with an elastic closure. *Note: Your smartpen can carry up to 4 lined journals (No.1 through 4) at the same time. When you're done with a journal, you can archive it with Livescribe Desktop and start a new one. Please do not use two identically numbered lined journals at the same time, because your Pulse smartpen will recognize any identically numbered lined journal as the same journal.
**The Pulse smartpen only works with Livescribe dot paper and is used to activate all smartpen applications.
