Grades 3-6. Develops skills for language usage/parts of speech using a variety of exercises on verb tense, contractions, syllables, nouns, questions, dictionary (word ordering),and much more. The question/problem is presented, and the student is asked to type in the correct answer. A correct answer triggers a positive audio/video affirmation, and allows the student to go to the next problem. An incorrect answer is noted audiovisually, and the student is given a second chance. A wrong answer again also says “Sorry” and the correct answer is displayed, and the student goes on to the next problem. Each lesson has 10 questions. Each lesson is scored at the end. If the score is 70% or above, the computer suggests that the student go on to the next lesson. If it is below 70%, the program suggests that the student repeat the lesson. The program comes with lessons for each of 3 rd , 4 th ,5 th , and 6 th grade already loaded (from 20-35 lessons depending on grade level), with the capacity for 39 in each grade level.. Existing lessons may be edited or deleted, and new lessons may be added. Lessons may also be printed with or without answers. An excellent tool to reinforce a wide variety of English skills!
