ProductionBlox from 12 Inch Design
General purpose animated backgrounds that are royalty free. Each unit volume includes 35 looping backgrounds with matching left, right & lower thirds. Also includes 5 animated mattes and a conprehensive catalog (playable DVD, booklet, browsable catalog and Word and Acrobat files). Includes both NTSC and PAL formats. Supplied on 3 DVD-ROMS.
General Specifications
All of the video elements in this Unit conform to industry standards for resolution, pixel aspect ratio, luma and chroma values as set forth by ITU-R BT.601 (720 x 486 30p for NTSC D1 and 720 x 576 25p for PAL D1).
All animated elements are supplied in QuickTime 6 format. The video clips are losslessly compressed using maximum quality PNG compression.
NTSC material is 720 x 486 30p with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
PAL material is 720 x 576 25p with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
All animated backgrounds are provided in 24-bit RGB color. CustoMattes are provided in 8-bit grayscale.
All static elements are supplied in uncompressed TIFF,
uncompressed Targa and Photoshop 6 formats.
All static elements are provided as 32-bit files - 24 bit color
and an 8-bit alpha channel.
Unit Contents
Each Unit is supplied on 3 DVD-ROMs, one single sided Catalog Disc and two double sided Data Discs. NTSC material is on one side of the double sided discs. PAL material is located on the alternate side.
