eSafe Gateway
(HTTP, FTP, POP3, SMTP)
Integrated Internet Content Security solution, inspects web and email content. Customers can separate SMTP inspection from other protocols for better performance.
POP3 protocol inspection works only with eSafe Gateway installed in NitroInspection mode.
eSafe Mail
(SMTP)
Content Security for email. Can be installed as a secure SMTP relay in DMZ.
eSafe Web
(HTTP, FTP)
Content Security for Web traffic, transparently inspects HTTP and FTP protocols.
ADD-ON MODULES
The Spyware Neutralizer, URL Filtering, Advanced Anti-spam and the AppliFilter™ modules are add-on options available with any purchase of eSafe products. The modules are priced as a service; therefore. they are priced as annual fee and do not require additional eSafe Care fees. This service will cease to function after 12 months unless a renewal license has been issued.
Spyware Neutralizer, URL Filtering and AppliFilter™ modules work only with eSafe Gateway and eSafe Web.
Advanced Anti-spam module works only with eSafe Gateway and eSafe Mail for SMTP.
Advanced Anti-spam Module
Enhanced Anti-spam solution, blocks more than 95% of spam with zero false positives.
This module is sold as annual service only together with eSafe Gateway or eSafe Mail. Advanced Anti-spam module works only with eSafe Gateway and eSafe Mail for SMTP.
URL Filtering Module
Monitors and blocks access to inappropriate or nonproductive web sites.
This option is sold as annual service only together with eSafe Gateway or eSafe Web. URL Filtering module works only with eSafe Gateway and eSafe Web.
AppliFilter™ Module
Monitors and blocks unauthorized Internet traffic and application protocols such as P2P, IM, Spyware etc.
This option is sold as annual service only together with eSafe Gateway or eSafe Web installed in NitroInspection mode. AppliFilter™ module works only with eSafe Gateway and eSafe Web.
Spyware Neutralizer™
Clientless tool that scans and removes Spyware from computers connected to Microsoft network in an organization.
This option is sold as annual service only together with eSafe Gateway or eSafe Web. Spyware Neutralizer module works only with eSafe Gateway and eSafe Web.

eSafe Appliance
The eSafe Appliance provides:
- A high level of security with a hardened operating system.
- Optimized for high performance.
- Enhanced updates including virus/spyware tables, content security engine, lists and configurations and also the operating system!
- Higher ROI due to reduced integration costs and faster deployment.
- Out-of-the-box simplicity with an excellent initial content security policy that can be fine-tuned at any time.
Two types of eSafe Appliances are available:
1) eSafe Virtual Appliance CD: The eSafe Virtual Appliance CD enables creating an eSafe Appliance from any Intel-based computer (that meets the minimum requirements). The eSafe Virtual Appliance CD will preinstall an operating system based on the Linux kernel 2.4.21-20 operating system and the eSafe Gateway or eSafe Mail software.
2) Aladdin eSafe Appliance: The Aladdin eSafe Appliance (19" model S903 IBM eServer) is a hardware device that is pre-installed and pre-configured with eSafe Gateway or eSafe Mail software using the Virtual Appliance CD. eSafe Appliance (19" model S903 IBM eServer) is sold as a stand-alone unit with preinstalled hardened Linux operating system and eSafe software but without licenses. The eSafe Gateway, eSafe Web or eSafe Mail license and eSafe Care for the preinstalled software should be purchased separately. Includes 24 month warranty.
eSafe Care Maintenance and Support
Standard eSafe Care Maintenance and Support package
Standard eSafe Care Maintenance and Support package is available for 12, 24 or 36 months and must be purchased with every product (included in the license price) and can be renewed afterwards.
The initial eSafe Care is included with product purchase for 12, 24 or 36 months.
Renewal: The renewal of eSafe Care can be purchased for 12, 24 or 36 months.
Customer must renew the eSafe Care before or within 6 month after the expiration.
After 6 months the customer will have to purchase the full product license. Renewals after the expired date will always start from the expiration date. No gaps are allowed.
Standard eSafe Care includes the following:
1. Weekly CSRT (Content Security Response Team) virus/vandal signatures and security policies updates.
2. Emergency Instant Updates in case of a High-Risk virus/vandal outbreak (will be issued on an as-needed basis. even several times a day).
3. eMail Alerts notification in case of High-Risk virus/vandal outbreak.
4. Product version updates and upgrades (including major upgrades from version 4 to version 5). Download of updates and upgrades is done automatically by the product.
5. Second line technical support. Emergency Virus/Spyware support is provided via email.
Deluxe eSafe Care Maintenance and Support package
Deluxe (24x7) priority support packages are available.

MAINTENANCE and SUPPORT
Pricing of eSafe Gateway, eSafe Mail or eSafe Web includes Standard eSafe Care maintenance and support subscription package. Deluxe eSafe Care maintenance and support subscription pack is available for an additional cost.
