Backup Exec 12.5 Agent for Enterprise Vault
The new Backup Exec 12.5 Agent for Enterprise Vault provides customers with new integrated backup protection for Symantec Enterprise Vault archives. Backup Exec provides full application protection for Enterprise Vault Directory Databases Partitions or Vault Stores and Indexes. Symantec Enterprise Vault customers can now backup and recover data quickly and easily with the latest Agent for Enterprise Vault archives. All backup and recovery jobs are managed though the Backup Exec console which allows users to easily select some or all of the Enterprise Vault resources they wish to backup as well as quickly browse and select the Enterprise Vault components for recovery including individual Partition files and Indexes. Another example of how Symantec delivers integrated functionality to better ensure complete data availability.

Storage Hardware
