Disaster takes Mia and her family by surprise when her home catches on fire. A role-playing game merged with a healthy dose of mathematics practice.
Oh, no! Mia's house has just burned down! How could this have happened? Did Romaine the rat have something to do with it? If only Mia could go back in time and prevent the fire. It might just be possible, if Sam Squirrel's memories about the plans for the time machine are correct.
Follow Mia on an adventure that takes her from the backyard of her fire-consumed Victorian home to a vegetable garden, a mole's underground den, a nearby shed, and a tree trunk laboratory to gather the parts need to build the time machine. Once the time machine is assembled, travel back to the house as it stood before the blaze and help Mia to prevent the tragedy.
Kids learn about addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometric shapes, and problem solving as they play.
The Mia Adventure series has been designed to support the school’s curriculum from kindergarten to grade three, and includes 9 exciting full featured literary skills activities each with 4 distinct levels of difficulty. Throughout this adventure the player will develop many basic and intermediate skills and must use logic, memory, observation and concentration in order to explore this captivating 3D world as seen from the perspective of a mouse.
