For one or two players. Sleuth Master is a challenging exercise to decode a hidden four-digit number in 10 moves. A one or two player exercise, each student works on a number generated either by the computer, or another student. You begin by guessing 4 numbers. After the beginning guess is made, clues appear to the left of your guess. The bottom clue tells you how many of the four numbers you entered appear in the hidden sequence. The top clue tells you how many of your correct numbers are in the correct position. You have 10 attempts to solve the hidden sequence. A multi-dimensional problem-solving exercise requiring significant concentration! Sleuth Master is an excellent program for development of the pre-algebra thinking skills of problem-solving and logic.
