We as a distributor will not take opened boxes back from our stores and in return our customers should not take opened boxes back in their inventory. Wolfram defines an open product as-- 1. A product with broken shrink wrap. 2. Any product with a broken seal(s) on the white envelope containing the Mathematica CD.
