Browsealoud is a subscription-based solution to speech enable website content.

New PDF highlighting
Browsealoud 4.0 reads PDF documents with dual color highlighting. Legacy PDF documents can be read and highlighted within the browser. Browsealoud is a trusted Adobe partner. (Version 7 of Acrobat Reader is recommended when using browsealoud with pdfs.)
Improved Web Highlighting
Browsealoud 4.0 incorporates highlighting technology. This functionality provides an additional level of understanding of website content. Studies have shown that when content is highlighted as it is read aloud it improved the overall understanding of the content resulting in a clear and effective communication with your website visitor. Browsealoud 4.0 now reads online forms.

Defined Pronunciation
Browsealoud 4.0 now comes with its own pronunciation engine. Web site owners have access to a tool to specify pronunciations. This protects the corporate identity.
Defined Voice
Browsealoud 4.0 now has the ability for a webmaster to select which speech engine (voice) is used when a browsealoud user visits their website. Web site owners have access to a tool to specify this voice.
Defined Language
In a similar approach to defined voice [above] Browsealoud 4.0 now has the ability for a webmaster to select which language is used when a browsealoud user visits their website. Browsealoud currently supports 8 languages.
