Learn math the fun way!
Ten multilevel learning activities are arranged in order of difficulty on a ski hill. Students find their own level and work their way up gradually until they’ve mastered the topic.
Later, when it’s time to review, students can hit the slopes and swoosh through a few practice runs to regain their expert form.
Topics covered include:
· plot points on the xy-plane
· fill in and plot from tables of values
· rearrange standard and point-intercept forms
· find slopes and intercepts
· find equations from graphs
· find equations given two points, slope and y-intercept, or slope and a point
