Stories and More: Animal Friends makes literature meaningful to all students, even those with minimal reading skills. Students can choose to have stories "read" to them with words and phrases highlighted. Two stage-setting activities precede the story-telling while four post-reading activists enrich the reading experience. Activities include: Starting Off, Going Beyond, and Thinking About.
