Humidity Sensor from AVTECH Software, Inc.
The Humidity Sensor provides real-time recognition of a humidity rise or fall beyond a preset threshold. Common use is to monitor humidity extremes where it is vital to know when it passes a specific level or the location being monitored is over 100' from the Room Alert ID box.
This is a switch sensor that has a small dial on the front to set the desire humidity threshold. The sensor cable can be configured to either monitor a humidity rise or fall (i.e. going above or below a threshold). The humidity sensor is small and can easily be wall or din rail mounted.
This is an instant ‘Plug & Play’ sensor via one of the switch sensor channels on the back of current Room Alert 11E and 7E ID boxes. Cable distance can be extended from the standard 25' to approximately 900' by using standard speaker wire, twisted pair or any reliable low voltage 2-wire cable.
