Houton Mifflin Harcourt Learning Technology has Flexible Site Licenses for their most popular titles. All are hybrid CDs unless otherwise noted. Flexible site licenses are to be used at one school site. Minimum order is 25 licenses(Oregon Trail must be ordered in increments of 5). Additional licenses may be purchased corresponding with the correct tier level. Platform varies with product titles. Licenses may be cross platform, or platform needs to be specified with order.

Districts can now buy a district-wide license at site license pricing with a minimum order of 100 user licenses per title. The PO must include the language, "District license is for use by the indicated number of users within a single school district." The EULA (End User License Agreement) terms for a district are the same as the site license terms, except that they are expanded to use throughout the district instead of at a single school site. No add-on licenses are permitted. This policy does not apply to FoolProof, or any subscription products. Other titles may be excluded by Houton Mifflin Harcourt Learning Technology at any time.
