Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement is a comprehensive, subscription-based Microsoft Volume Licensing program designed for large and enterprise organizations with 250 or more desktop PCs that have or want a centralized purchasing department and are interested in making a strategic decision to standardize on the latest Microsoft technology across the enterprise.
Subscription-based pricing offers substantial cost savings over standard license pricing, allowing customers to acquire only the licenses they need, when they need them, for the length of the agreement term. It also offers lower annual payments than the non-subscription-based Microsoft Enterprise Agreement program. A single agreement simplifies license and budget tracking for customers and gives them more control over their IT investment. It also supports better management of software costs through the advantages of Microsoft Software Assurance for Volume Licensing, which is automatically included.
