In addition, FILEARMOR automates the enforcement of removable media and device control policies in an easy-to-use manner across the enterprise.
FILEARMOR provides a drag and drop, single-click capability to encrypt selected files with a user key, group key, static one-time password, or smartcard certificate. FILEARMOR protects sensitive documents attached to emails by sending a self-extracting encrypted file archive to recipients. Recipients with the right password are able to securely decrypt the file.
FILEARMOR provides additional safeguards such as controlling access to ports and devices, whitelisting of Mobile Armor KEYARMOR devices, and blocking unencrypted data from being copied to removable media devices.
FILEARMOR is easy to use and maximizes the existing infrastructure to minimizing management and implementation costs. FILEARMOR leverages Microsoft Active Directory for fast deployment and policy administration.
