Adobe Term Site Licensing Program
Choose to deploy Adobe software
within a given term
The Adobe Term Site License (TSL) offering is available exclusively to higher education CLP members. This program enables members to license selected Adobe education software products throughout the qualified site for a given period of time, or term. The TSL agreement can be initiated at any time during the CLP membership and will become coterminus with the end of the CLP membership period. Proration of the two-year term is available, allowing for a TSL term of 6 to 24 months, depending on when the TSL is initiated during the CLP membership term. Pricing for higher education TSL is based on Full Time Equivalent (FTE) staff, which is calculated based on the number of full- and part-time faculty and staff within the site.
Program benefits
•License selected Adobe education software products within a given time frame for an entire site; no need to account for each faculty or staff member's software use.
•Contribute to your overall CLP education point total with TSL.
•Receive all updates and upgrades to the covered software during the term of the agreement (Upgrade Plan is included in TSL pricing).
•Gain budget predictability by spreading the cost of ownership over several years.
•Eliminate the need to track agreement expiration dates, since TSL will become coterminus with the CLP membership period.
