Who is eligible?
To qualify for Adobe Non profit Licensing Program, organizations in the U.S. must be qualified as §501(c)(3) organizations or specific §509 organizations, as defined by the United States Internal Revenue Code.
Canadian customers must be registered with the Canadian Revenue Agency, in accordance with the Excise Tax Act (ETA), subsection 123(1) and 259(1).
Organizations must demonstrate their qualifying tax status with documentation before orders can be placed.
